We would like you to design , develop , validate , testing and prototype of the complete mobile remote control.
Application: it is going to be used in dangerous scenario like emergency response, fire fighting, crowd moving etc.
Remote Control Feature list:
Main Controller Card , PCB Layout
7-8 “ touch screen which will display all the parameters and the video of the robot.
it will have a 3 joysticks.
2 joystick with 4 position control and one joystick with 2 position control.
It has to work on 2.4 Ghz ( signal) and 5.86 Ghz (video) anttena.
Preferably on Android Operating System which makes it easier for GUI etc
IP67 and Atex approved ( 2 options )
the console should be robust and resistant to chemical, heat, wear, abrasion, flexibility, and internal/external surface pressures
Vibration Proof and Shock Proof
Mic and Speaker for two way voice communication between Operator and Vehicle
Following are the components for operating the robot and other additional component’s on the robot.
1. Three no’s of Joystick, Two Nos 4 – Axis Joystick, One No 2- Axis
Joystick1- Vehicle Movement Control (Forward, Reverse, Left, Right)
Pulse input of 250 HZ is required.
Two Nos of input to be given to drive control card.
Input1 – for Forward and Reverse Control
Input2- Left and Right Control
Joystick2- Robot accessories for directional control with digital input
Joystick3- Two function control (Digital)
2. Four Nos of Toggle Switch (Accessories On/Off)
· LED Light
· Flasher
· Hooter
· Focus Light
· Emergency Stop Button
· 7 Nos of Toggle switch mounting possibility for future use (PCB design should cover this integration flexibility aspect)
